Earnings. Microsoft designed this application with two functions in your mind.
The first role is that the vendor (or sales agent), whose occupation it is to
begin, negotiate, and finalize earnings with clients. The goal with this
application would be always to help a seller to analyse the total communication
with the customer (who when did they talk to the customer, current health score
of relationship, etc.), an outcome analysis (which lead may possibly have the
best chances to build a sale?), a chance investigation, and a list of possible
conversation starter.
